Practice Overview

Tabitha joined Chambers as a tenant in June 2022 following pupillage and subsequent employment at the Crown Prosecution Service.

Tabitha both prosecutes and defends cases ranging from serious violence to sexual assault matters. She is a CPS grade 3 prosecutor and has recently joined the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences panel. 

Tabitha previously worked as a county court advocate for different agencies representing clients in housing matters and small claims trials in the County Courts across England and Wales.

Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys going to the theatre, as well as singing and playing the saxophone.

    Tabitha is happy to accept instructions for prosecution and defence work in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts, as well as the Youth Court.
