Tabitha is happy to accept instructions for prosecution and defence work in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts, as well as the Youth Court.

Tabitha is a specialist criminal practitioner. She joined Chambers as a tenant in June 2022 following pupillage and subsequent employment at the Crown Prosecution Service.
Tabitha both prosecutes and defends cases ranging from serious violence to sexual assault matters. She is a CPS grade 3 prosecutor and has recently joined the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences panel. Tabitha is a diligent and hardworking barrister who strives to get the best results for those she represents.
Tabitha read law at the University of Plymouth before attending Cardiff University for both the Bar Professional Training Course and her master’s degree.
Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys going to the theatre, as well as singing and supporting Bath Rugby. She is also one of the co-chairs for Women in Criminal Law (Wales Division).
