Welsh Education Law Conference 4

We are delighted to announce Welsh Education Law Conference 4, which is taking place at The Dragon Hotel, Swansea, this year.

We have a comprehensive line up of speakers including Children’s Commissioner for Wales and this year Welsh Assembly Government will discuss the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill, which will create a single, unified framework for supporting learners with additional learning needs. The current range of statutory and non-statutory learning plans will be replaced by individual development plans (IDPs). This will ensure that provision and rights are protected regardless of the severity or complexity of needs. Further education colleges will be affected by the new Act.
