Mini-Pupillage

A mini-pupillage at 30 Park Place Chambers provides experience of all elements of life as a barrister including being in court, observing conferences and drafting legal documents. Mini-pupils also have the opportunity to talk to members of Chambers and find out more about the profession and the Pupillage application procedure.

Due to the number of applications that 30 Park Place receives each year we cannot accommodate everyone.

We offer approximately six three-day placements between June and September each year. We do not offer placements outside this period.

The placements are restricted to applicants who have reached at least the first year of their undergraduate degree.

Whilst undertaking a mini pupillage at 30 Park Place, candidates are required to complete and submit a piece of written work.

No feedback can be provided in respect of mini pupillage placements. 

The window for Summer 2024 mini -pupillages closes at 4.00pm on 26th April 2024. 

We receive a large number of applications and as such we do not contact those who have not been successful. If you have not been successful we are also unable to offer feedback.
