Christian Jowett successfully prosecutes planning trial

Christian Jowett, instructed by Powys County Council, successfully prosecuted multiple breaches of planning enforcement notices at a mid-Wales holistic retreat, previously featured in a Channel 4 documentary. The trial at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court concluded on 28th February with the jury returning guilty verdicts on all eighteen counts. You can read more about the case in the press.
