Gareth Jones in contentious probate claim in High Court

In the case of Boast v Ballardi [2022] EWHC 1533 (Ch), Gareth Jones was for the Claimant in a contentious probate claim before Master Clark in the High Court in London. He succeeded in obtaining a finding against a will on the basis of want of capacity. More difficult was the issue of service as there were 9 Defendants in a variety of jurisdictions, involving a considerable amount of research into commonwealth service law on top of the probate element.
