Joint Settlement Success for Sam Aynsley in Cyclist’s Personal Injury Claim

Sam Aynsley, instructed by Donoghue Solicitors, successfully concluded a Joint Settlement Meeting on behalf of a cyclist who sustained serious injuries after a collision with a motor vehicle. The Claimant suffered multiple fractures necessitating several surgical interventions over a protracted period, psychological injury, and a likely need for future surgical intervention. Whilst the Claimant had remained employed in the same role since the accident, his claim for loss of future earnings was presented on an Ogden disability multiplier basis, and a settlement of £312,500 together with reasonable costs was achieved at the JSM.
