Lloyd Williams QC and Ben Davies obtain £8.2 million settlement in paraplegic case for New Law

Lloyd Williams QC and Ben Davies were recently instructed in a personal injury claim, in which they obtained the largest ever settlement for New Law.  In respect of a high level paraplegic case the claimant received £8.2 million on a provisional basis.
