In April 2024, the Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court made cash and account forfeiture orders in excess of £2.5 million under Part 5 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
In November 2024, the High Court declined jurisdiction to hear a claim for judicial review at a contested hearing.
