The Public Law Project WALES Conference - Access to Justice

The Administrative and Public Law Team at Thirty Park Place is delighted to confirm its continued involvement in and support of the prestigious Public Law Project Wales Conference, being held this year on the 15th April 2015 at Cardiff University.

The Public Law Project is an independent, national legal charity which aims to improve access to public law remedies. At this year’s Welsh conference Rhodri Williams QC of Thirty Park Place will be among other panellist members including Leighton Andrews AM, Minister for Public Services debating the issue of whether responsibility for the civil and criminal justice system should be devolved to Wales.

Other speakers from Thirty Park Place include Emma Sutton who will provide update on Judicial Review Relevant to Wales and Oliver Manley who will join Kamla Adiseshiah of The Public Law Project to outline the main changes brought about by the Immigration Act 2014.

This conference is for advocates, campaigners, policy advisers, senior voluntary sector personnel working with legal services in public bodies.
